New: Bring-your-own-IP for Dedicated

BYOIP with BGP advertisement is live. Bring your /24 (or /48), keep your reputation, save on IP costs.

Starting today, dedicated server customers can bring their own IPv4 /24 or IPv6 /48 and have us advertise it from any of our regions. Your reputation, your peering relationships, your IP-tied licenses — all stay intact.

Why customers asked for this

  • Mail senders with warmed-up IP reputation that took years to build.
  • Customers with software licenses tied to specific IPs.
  • Anyone running an SSL pinning setup that's expensive to roll.
  • Cost — bringing your own /24 saves about $0.005/IP/hour at our published rates.

What you need

An ARIN, RIPE, APNIC, LACNIC, or AFRINIC-allocated prefix you can prove ownership of via an LOA. We'll verify the LOA, generate a ROA for the new origin AS, and start advertising within four hours of provisioning.

We do not deaggregate. If you bring a /22, we advertise the /22, not four /24s. RPKI hygiene matters.

Available today on dedicated. VPS support is on the roadmap for Q3.
