Yes — fully free for every plan, including our cheapest Shared tier. We don't charge a setup fee, migration fee, or "premium support" surcharge. Our migration team is salaried staff, not contractors.
Most single-site migrations: 4–6 hours from kickoff. Multi-site or large databases (>100GB): 24–48 hours. Complex setups (custom apps, multi-region): 1–2 weeks. We give you a precise estimate before starting.
No. We clone everything to a staging environment first, you verify, and only then do we update DNS. With a pre-lowered TTL, the cutover is invisible to visitors.
We rollback. The old site stays live until DNS cuts over, so worst case we abort, fix, and re-attempt. We've never lost customer data in 11 years of migrations.
Up to you. We recommend keeping it active for 7 days post-migration as insurance. We'll tell you when it's safe to cancel.
